Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate to greet customers, assist with product styles and benefits, and provide friendly, proactive service in a busy retail setting.

You will help with omnichannel shopping, process POS transactions, restock shelves, and communicate current promotions and loyalty options. The role supports a welcoming environment and requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel orders to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit options.
• Help minimize store loss through proactive service and safe, clean store conditions.
