Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Spokane Valley to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll warmly greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support a busy retail environment across omnichannel channels.

Responsibilities include assisting with product knowledge, executing POS transactions, stocking, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs. Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience or aptitude for helping customers
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy store setting
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions
• Perform floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize loss by maintaining a safe, clean store environment
