Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate in the United States to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help parents prep for everyday moments.

You will handle POS transactions, replenish floors, and support omnichannel shopping to ensure a seamless experience. The role emphasizes friendly, solutions-oriented service, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues quickly in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS transactions.
• Perform floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
