Job summary

At Home is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. The role covers merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a clean, well-stocked store and deliver a customer-focused experience.

This is a part-time seasonal position intended for peak season staffing; opportunities for regular part-time or full-time roles may arise as openings occur.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with clear communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and follows company policies and procedures.
• Contributes to a customer-focused environment with exceptional service.
• Works with Team Members and leadership to achieve store goals and deliver a great customer experience.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Processes freight; stocks and replenishes merchandise as directed by merchandising guidelines.
• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Completes tasks efficiently within set timeframes and supports loss prevention initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
