Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock the floor, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Greet customers, understand needs, promote events, resolve concerns, and communicate restocking needs to management while supporting the team and store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld devices).
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to handle busy periods courteously.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Share product knowledge, answer questions, direct them to merchandise, offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: Address issues and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: Inform about restocking, service requirements, and feedback.
• Support team and company goals: Work with team to achieve store objectives.
