Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Store Associates for our Galleria location in Houston, TX.

You will deliver a best-in-class retail experience, helping customers explore fabrics, fit, and function while connecting online and in-store shopping. Working with the Store Manager and a close-knit team, you will engage customers, drive sales toward goals, maintain store merchandising, and communicate inventory and training needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics, fit, and product features is advantageous.
• Ability to engage customers and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to the purchase journey.
• Participate in feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Meet and strive to exceed store objectives related to performance and sales.
