Job summary

At Home is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. The role involves merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a clean, organized store and a customer-focused shopping experience.

This is a seasonal/temporary position, with potential for consideration for regular part-time or full-time roles as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Support store operations across sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties with accurate transactions.
• Process freight and replenish merchandise per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and a well-stocked environment.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as needed during peak periods.
