Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across the sales floor and stock areas. This position is seasonal/temporary and may lead to opportunities for regular part-time or full-time roles as openings arise.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, stock replenishment, store recovery, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting store goals and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations across multiple areas including the sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise following merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization through store recovery and housekeeping tasks.
• Contributes to inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
