Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different payment methods.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards with courtesy, speed and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register/cash balancing, change orders, replenishment).
