Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payment methods.
• Ensure precise POS and customer service standards per company guidelines; provide courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes, POS procedures, and using tools while upholding Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (e.g., register/cash balancing, change orders, replenishment).
