USA HomeGoods Store 1059 New Bern NC is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean store, and supporting operating procedures. You will assist with transactions, promote loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising standards.

The role requires excellent communication, adaptability to changes, and the ability to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
