Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Upholds a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures on the sales floor.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per guidelines.
• Initiate store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Follow safety, labor laws, policies, and loss prevention protocols.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
