Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and execute established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Support safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
