Responsabilités

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and handle cash operations per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and inventory readiness.
• Participate in store safety, shrink reduction, and recovery initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
