The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member for HomeGoods in Sterling, VA. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engage with shoppers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

This role may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs. Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting programs, upholding merchandising standards, and contributing to safety and loss prevention efforts.
