Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate at the Houston Galleria in Houston, TX. You will work with the Store Manager and a team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, helping customers shop across our website and stores.

You’ll engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, and features, participate in store events, and maintain merchandising standards. Applicants must be 18+, with prior retail exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, Pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexible work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This role involves constant movement and standing for extended periods; 18+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class retail store experience and help customers shop between website and stores.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value.
• Contribute feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives for performance and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security standards and identify issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs as required.
