Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You will engage with customers, answer product questions, and drive sales while representing the brand’s values on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include operating the register, processing transactions, and supporting visual merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure a great shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
