Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN. You will support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, ensuring top-notch guest photo experiences and smooth daily operations.

You'll drive sales, coach staff, manage scheduling and training, and help create magical memories for families during the holiday season. A flexible, part-time schedule with growth opportunities awaits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a retail team preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior management procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
