Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek, OH.

You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, support daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season. You’ll promote a positive team environment, assist with pre-season training, recruiting, and scheduling, and help resolve guest concerns while maintaining company standards and safety policies.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Previous leadership or management experience in retail or similar environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment following company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior-management procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
