Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Northridge Fashion Center. You will assist the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, drive sales and ensure an exceptional guest experience during the holiday season.

The role involves coordinating scheduling, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires strong leadership and communication, the ability to handle cash transactions, and the flexibility to work evenings,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Experience in cash handling or sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead seasonal team and assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, and recruiting.
• Support opening-day preparations and inventory, equipment setup and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs (photography experience not required).
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
