Thisisitbbq is hiring for a seasonal role from October through December to deliver excellent guest experiences during the peak season. The team member will greet guests, handle transactions, and assist in food preparation and packaging for holiday orders.

Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus but not required, with opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and needs. Shifts include day, evening, weekend, and holiday times.

Responsibilities

Depending on business needs, you may:

• Greet and assist guests
• Operate the cash register and process transactions
• Prepare and serve food
• Package holiday and catering orders
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness
• Wash dishes and support kitchen operations
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• No food or chemical allergies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and 60 pounds with assistanceAbility to bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks in a restaurant environment
