Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a friendly host/hostess in Palo Alto to greet and seat guests, share menu knowledge, and help ensure outstanding service.

You will assist with training new staff, answer phones, handle transactions, stock, and cleanup, and work a flexible schedule as needed.

Pay is $20.60–$21.40 per hour. Benefits include medical/vision/dental, retirement, paid time off, life and disability insurance, merchandise discounts, and EAP resources.

Qualifications

• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule.
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred).
