Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units to meet quality standards, stocking supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical effort, reliability, and the ability to work with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, making beds, and maintaining cleanliness throughout public areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and replenish supplies.
• Sort, count, fold, and transport linens and maintain positive guest and associate relationships.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to improve the guest experience.
