RESERVATIONS CREW MEMBER

Description

Reservation Crew Members are front-line employees who provide excellent customer service to customers calling or visiting stores to make reservations and to provide general information about all Kitty Hawk Kites activities and recreation. They are knowledgeable about the area and book a range of activities, such as parasailing, dolphin tours, hang gliding, and equipment rentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, via email, phone, text messages, and online chats.
• Know and understand KHK’s recreational offerings.
• Assist with tasks related to recreation.
• Monitor the Reservations multi-line telephone and voicemail systems.
• Ensure the Reservations systems are functioning and interfacing properly.
• Diffuse any customer relations issues related to Reservations.
• Utilize excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to promote, inform, and sell adventure programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer service, communication, social media, or office experience.
• Related Reservations experience preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to make sales.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to build strong relationships with customers.

• Ability to effectively present information one-on-one with customers and clients.
