Job summary

QVC Group is hiring for full-time seasonal Replenishment Team Members at our West Chester, OH site. This onsite role on the third shift (Sun-Thu 10:30pm–7:15am) supports Cornerstone Brands through replenishment, returns, and picking activities.

You will report to an Operations Supervisor and join a fast-paced team dedicated to accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in a distribution/fulfillment center, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are flexible with hours including

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Team player willing to work in other areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Replenish active pick locations before shift start.
• Maintain organized pick area and replenishment aisle.
• Support returns, put-away and fill to active.
• Pick items for personalization.
• Resolve task-related problems before shift end.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• All other tasks as directed by CSI Management.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

• Replenishment Team Members support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and support returns put-away and restock the picking area. We have full-time seasonal positions available on third shift, working Sunday-Thursday from 10:30pm - 7:15am. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.

Where You’ll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Replenish active pick locations before the start of first shift while paying attention to all details to increase efficiency

• Maintain an organized active pick area and replenishment aisle

• Support returns, put-away, and fill to active

• Pick items for personalization

• Ensure that problems related to tasks are resolved before the end of the shift

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• All other tasks as directed by CSI Management.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment

• This position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting an average of 50 lbs

• You will work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed

• Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation when needed
