Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, OH is hiring for an onsite warehouse role to pick, pack, and ship customer orders at our West Chester fulfillment center.

You will ensure accuracy, perform quality checks, and lift up to 50 pounds while supporting multiple brands. The position requires flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts, reporting to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Able to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Available to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
• Team player and willing to work in other areas as needed.
• Capable of maintaining accuracy and meeting performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for shipment to customers.
• Quality check all work for correct SKU, color, size, and quantity.
• Follow and meet accuracy and performance requirements.
• Identify inventory/process issues and raise for resolution.
• Complete profiling forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

• Pick, Pack, Ship Team Members support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and support the mission of the distribution center by achieving daily productivity standards, achieving positive relations with peers and coworkers, and establishing goals for personal development. We have opportunities for full-time and part-time positionsat our West Chester, OH, fulfillment center, with various start times available. You will report to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.
