The Seasonal Repair Specialist role is hired year-round and seasonally. It involves vehicle glass repairs when a full replacement isn't needed. Our paid, formal training program covers all necessary skills, regardless of prior mechanical experience.

What You’ll Get

• Competitive weekly base pay starting at $18.30/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to repair vehicle glass through classroom and hands-on training, guided by experienced technicians and leaders.
• Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication via Safelite's Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
• Clean customer vehicles during wait times and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Operate company fleet vehicles safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Completion of Safelite SafeTech certification and on-the-job training.
• Ability to operate a Safelite van safely, following all safety and traffic laws.
• Flexibility with hours and days based on workload.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and use of personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., assist with windshields weighing 26-50 lbs., operate tools, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
