Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a Participant Services Representative I for a seasonal, remote role, delivering routine high-volume customer support via calls, email, and web chat. You will assist with origination and disbursement processing, document interactions, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, up to two years in customer-facing roles, and strong communication skills. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in call-center or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to deliver courteous service under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills with clear guidance.
• Detail-oriented with accurate case documentation.
• Capable of handling fluctuating workloads and high call volumes.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust suitability.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine inbound/outbound contacts via phone, email, web chat, and outreach.
• Process origination and disbursement transactions on customers' behalf when authorized.
• Research and resolve routine processing issues and data corrections.
• Document every interaction in the agent desktop accurately and completely.
• Link/unlink award records and notes per established procedures.
• Research and confirm transaction-processing status for customer data.
• Escalate complex issues through established channels.
• Perform services in accordance with processing procedures and SLAs.
