Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, web chat, and outreach.
• Assist with origination and disbursement transactions when authorized.
• Research and resolve routine processing issues and data corrections.
• Document every interaction in the agent desktop application.
• Monitor batch-processing issues and follow up on outstanding items.
• Analyze borrower-data integrity issues and escalate complex problems.
• Perform services in accordance with processing procedures and SLAs.
