Relocity, Inc. is seeking a part-time Seasonal Relocation Assistant to support clients during peak relocation months.

You will provide in-person, hands-on assistance for employees moving to the Phoenix area, including housing searches, area tours, and setup of essential services. Ideal candidates have deep local knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate a major life transition.

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in Phoenix, with knowledge of local rental market and registrations.
• Own a reliable 4‑door vehicle and valid driver’s license for in-person services.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be available weekends, including Sundays.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on in-person relocation support to employees during peak months.
• Conduct local housing searches and guide neighborhood selection.
• Assist with DMV, bank accounts, and utilities setup.
• Lead customized area tours and coordinate moving logistics.
• Prepare client reports and suggest local activities based on preferences.
• Support the Personal Host Team to ensure seamless relocation services.
• Manage administrative tasks and assist with team communications.
• Balance multiple relocations while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Gather feedback to improve seasonal performance and client experience.
