Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN or ADN nursing program.
• Current state RN license.
• ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develops and updates the patient care plan with patient/family and team.
• Documents assessments, care plans, and evaluations in the medical record.
• Participates in discharge planning and coordination with physicians.
• Assists with examinations, treatments, and procedures as needed.
