Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Willingness to drive a box truck (UHaul/Penske).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work full time during busy seasons (May–June, then August–Sept).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify challenges and provide practical solutions during moving operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Manage inventory of customer orders through our web portal.
• Load and unload belongings onto trucks.
• Operate trucks for in-town transportation.
• Organize and arrange orders at storage facility.
• Deliver stored items back to student customers.
• Assist Campus Teams Manager with supervising student movers.
• Coordinate with partnered moving companies and student managers.
