Job summary

The National Football League's NFL Media Group in Inglewood, CA is seeking a seasonal, part-time RedZone Production Assistant to support NFL RedZone live coverage. You will work with editors, produce highlights, transcribe interviews, and follow Producers' directions under tight deadlines.

This onsite role requires quick thinking, strong NFL knowledge, and teamwork. Sunday availability is required with seasonal employment up to 7 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in TV/communications.
• Experience in a TV production environment preferred.
• Strong NFL knowledge and sports history.
• Editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in live production.
• Knowledge of editing workflows and control rooms.
• Basic stats and information research.
• Team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support editors to produce NFL RedZone content.
• Watch games and produce multiple highlights for halftime segments.
• Transcribe interviews, press conferences and related sound.
• Take direction from Producers to enhance content.
• Respond quickly under deadlines while RedZone is live.
• Archive video and handle teleprompter/show-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team and editors.
