Job summary

City of Round Rock is seeking seasonal Recreation Attendants to help keep facilities running smoothly, safely, and full of positive vibes all season long.

You’ll watch activity areas, support registration, and help with events, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and great customer service. This role is ideal for students or anyone seeking hands-on experience in community recreation.

Qualifications

• Age 15 or older.
• Friendly, upbeat, and responsible.
• A team player who communicates well.
• Someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified within 6 months).

• Work with staff and the front desk team to keep programs and services running smoothly
• Assist with facility cleanliness and let the team know when maintenance is needed

• Provide excellent customer service, including helping with program registration and following cash-handling procedures
• Support daily facility operations in areas like open sports, fitness, and playroom activities
