Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Sandy, UT seeks a merchandising team member to unload freight, stock shelves, and assist customers on the sales floor. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with store leadership to keep displays current and appealing.

Ideal candidates will have a GED or high school diploma and may have 1–3 months of related experience. The job involves varied hours, including evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight and tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• FollowLine Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement; maintain orderly appearance.
• Work independently and with the team; be organized and able to multitask.

Education & Experience:

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
