What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Additional Role Details

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, processing sales, and more. Specific responsibilities vary by role but all contribute to store operations. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on store needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, trainings, or to support other stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours per week, with additional hours possible.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day, except Receiver/Stocker which requires late evening, nighttime, and early morning shifts.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 pounds with assistance, depending on role).

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic. For roles involving computer and handheld device use, 6 months of experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating forklift or power equipment (3 months) and retail experience (6 months) are preferred.
