All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, such as assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting customers, and processing sales and returns. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours scheduled; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker roles require late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Lifting capacity: at least 25 pounds without assistance (except CSA Front End), and 10 pounds for CSA Front End roles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: 6 months experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience in customer service, product knowledge, and sales support.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.20 per hour
