What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, which includes greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise.

Specific responsibilities vary by role, for example:

• Assembling merchandise (Assembler)
• Distributing and stocking merchandise (Receiver/Stocker)
• Loading merchandise for customers (CSA Loader)
• Assisting with shopping needs (CSA Sales Floor)
• Processing sales and returns (CSA Front End)

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles depending on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours scheduled; additional hours may be required.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day, with specific late evening and early morning availability for Receiver/Stocker roles.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 pounds (over 25 pounds with assistance, except CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for certain roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months of experience operating forklift or similar equipment for certain roles.
• 6 months of retail experience for Customer Service roles, including customer interaction and product knowledge.

Note: Licensing may be required based on local regulations, with a 60-day window to obtain necessary licenses.
