What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Additional Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate may hold roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, assisting with merchandise, and supporting store operations. Specific duties depend on the role and may include:

• Assembling merchandise
• Distributing and stocking merchandise
• Loading merchandise for customers
• Assisting with shopping needs
• Processing sales and returns

Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on store needs.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support to other stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours scheduled; additional hours may be required.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day, with Receiver/Stocker needing late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, possibly more).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for roles like Assembler & Receiver/Stocker.
• Six months of computer and handheld device experience for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three months of forklift or power equipment operation for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker.
• Six months of retail experience for CSAs, including customer service and sales tasks.

If required by local law, candidates must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
