What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate may serve as an Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End. All support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise.

Specific duties vary by role, such as assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting customers, or processing sales and returns. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles depending on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support of neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Typically scheduled for 10 to 40 hours, with potential for more based on store needs.
• Availability: Must be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day, with Receiver/Stocker roles requiring late evenings, nights, and early mornings.
• Physical Ability: Able to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 with assistance; 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for roles like Assembler & Receiver/Stocker.
• At least 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSA roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker roles.
• Six months of retail experience for CSA roles, including customer service and product knowledge.

If required by local law, candidates must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
