What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Positions Included

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and other duties as needed. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required.
• Availability: morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Lifting capacity: at least 25 pounds (may lift more with assistance); 10 pounds for CSA Front End.

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of forklift/power equipment operation.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience.
