What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Additional Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate role includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by:

• Greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise.
• Performing specific tasks related to their role, such as assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, or processing sales and returns.

This list is not exhaustive, and associates may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel, but occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled for 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required.
• Availability: Must be available any day of the week for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts; Receiver/Stocker may require late evening, night, or early morning shifts.
• Physical Ability: Able to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds (over 25 pounds with assistance, except CSA Front End) and 10 pounds (over 10 pounds with assistance, only CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: 6 months experience using a computer and a handheld device for data entry and access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience in customer service, product knowledge, and sales tasks.

If required by state or local law, candidates must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
