• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise. Each role has specific key responsibilities contributing to Lowe's commitment to quality service and the right products.

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours scheduled; more hours may be required.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 with assistance; 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: 6 months of experience with computer and handheld device use.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of forklift/power equipment operation experience.
• CSAs: 6 months of retail experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

If required by local law, candidates must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
