Clatsop County is one of Oregon's nine Home Rule counties. It is governed by five non-partisan elected Commissioners and a full-time County Manager overseeing daily operations. The county provides services through ten divisions, including Public Works, Assessment and Taxation, Budget and Finance, and others. The Facilities Department reports to the County Administration division.
