An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Inspector I to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The Inspector I position plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction through thorough visual inspection of products. This position is responsible for examining, evaluating, and ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. The Inspector I also conducts proper packaging operations, while adhering to safety protocols and workplace organization standards. The role serves as the primary quality checkpoint in the production process, requiring keen attention to detail, strong visual acuity, and consistent application of quality standards. This position requires an individual who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality while maintaining productivity standards in a manufacturing environment.
Temporary seasonal worker needed for a 6-month period.
Retention bonus of $6,000 to be paid in 2-month intervals:
12-hour day shift working a 36/48 schedule including weekends and holidays, from 7am to 7pm.

The majority of tasks will be performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise levels above 80 dB, manufacturing equipment, solvents, fumes, inks, variable temperatures, and may require nights, weekends, and holidays. An additional $2.50/hr premium applies between 7pm-7am.
