An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector I to join their team. The Inspector I position plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction through thorough visual inspection of products. This position is responsible for examining, evaluating, and ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. The Inspector I also conducts proper packaging operations, while adhering to safety protocols and workplace organization standards. The role serves as the primary quality checkpoint in the production process, requiring keen attention to detail, strong visual acuity, and consistent application of quality standards. This position requires an individual who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality while maintaining productivity standards in a manufacturing environment.
Temporary seasonal worker needed for a 6-month period. Compensation includes a retention bonus of $6,000 paid in two-month intervals: $1,000 after 60 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $3,500 after 180 days. The shift is 12 hours, night shift from 7 pm to 7 am with a $2.50 shift differential, working a 36/48 schedule including weekends and holidays.

The associate will be exposed to manufacturing environment hazards, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, extended periods of standing, twisting, reaching, wrist rotation, and wearing PPE. Work involves exposure to noise, solvents, fumes, inks, variable temperatures, and may require night shifts, weekends, and holidays. An additional $2.50/hr premium applies for night shift hours.
