Who you are:

You love being organized, detail oriented, and a self starter. You are proactive and communicate with management process improvements to increase efficiency. You follow loss prevention policies and procedures. You will be responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional attention to detail and understanding the execution of store’s operational procedures. Ensures the customer experience flows seamlessly.

What you’ll do:

  1. Maintains efficient merchandise controls
  2. Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
  3. Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
  4. Maintains well organized stockrooms, storage closets and off-site spaces
  5. Ensures all merchandise shipments are properly received into MMS in a timely manner
  6. Organizes and replenishes all store supplies
  7. Reports supply ordering needs to Operations Manager or Captain (Store Manager)
  8. Processes all incoming and outgoing transfers
  9. Supports a seamless shipping schedule so that all customer sends leave the store in a timely manner
  10. Ensures merchandise replenishment occurs on a consistent daily basis
  11. Has full understanding of the POS system
  12. Fills and maintains boat area (Cash Wrap) and organization
  13. Ensures all shipping and receiving records are filed according to policy
  14. Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass, and brand initiatives
  15. Supports merchandising manager to execute and maintain The Compass (visual merchandising - store set)
  16. Proactively identifies and presents opportunities, efficiencies and processes to have the most streamlined back of house system in place
  17. Ability to wear multiple hats and step on the sales floor when necessary to assist customers

Requirements:
