You will engage customers, process purchases/returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, assist with merchandising, and support recovery and safety across shifts. A collaborative, flexible team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day.
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies, supporting shrink reduction goals.
