From our earliest badges in electricity, aeronautics, and natural sciences to today's all-girl robotics teams and cookie entrepreneurs, girls have challenged themselves through our skill-building opportunities, worked with inspiring role models, and developed life-long friendships.

We are seeking applicants for our Seasonal Part Time Recruiter position. This ambitious staff member is responsible for setting up one-time events meant to offer simple Girl Scout activities, boost community awareness and encourage the position of Girl Scouts as community leaders in their local area.

This may include nurturing leads, assisting with event scheduling, and supporting our newest members through their placement in a local troop, or the start of a new troop. With a focus on membership recruitment and retention in their assigned area, the Seasonal Part-Time Recruiter works collaboratively with all staff to ensure potential members are supported and volunteers are prepared to deliver a high-quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience. This position's responsibilities are performed inside and outside of the office. Flexible hours are required.

This position's responsibilities are performed outside of the office. Extensive travel up to 70 miles one way from employee's work location and flexible hours are required.

This position begins the week of July 7th for a three-day training. Following training, the position will work 20 hours per week The position pays $20 per hour. Benefits: Flexible work hours and remote work flexibility, earned paid sick leave through August, and EAP.
