Job summary

UPS Omaha Hub is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Operations Supervisor to lead safety, productivity, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, and develop teams, ensuring adherence to policies, driving effective communication, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet service goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups to meet safety, production and attendance standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture.
• Provide coaching and development plans for department personnel.
